"Naughty and Nice is a cute, fun story"
Our heroine is Brooke Monica Masters, 34, owner of Naughty
and Nice, an "exotic" lingerie shop and sex toys store in
the Miami area, something that acutely embarrasses her at
times. She is divorced, lonely, and desperate enough to
hunt down and email an old boyfriend. Our hero is Wolfgang "Wolf" Linder, 38, nice guy and owner
of Kid Karate, a chain of karate studios catering to
children. He thinks about meeting the right woman and
having kids of his own. After all, he can't take a computer
to bed, no matter how cold and lonely it is. The bed, not
the computer. He has an identical twin cousin, Logan
Brandt, living in Chicago, who is Brooke's former
boyfriend, the one emailing him. In an instant messaging conversation, Logan gets Wolf to
secretly hunt up his old girlfriend, who happens to belong
to the same health club as Wolf. The inevitable sparks fly
with made for each other romance, steamy sex, and confusion
when Logan finally appears on the scene. Naughty and Nice is a cute, fun story, where the tale
triumphs over the writing, which could be stronger. The
description of the store's contents is pretty funny, with
Paula, the irrepressible sidekick to Brooke, providing
details about the merchandise. And there is a scene with
Brooke coming to a karate class with Wolf teaching tiny
tigers and mighty dragons (five to eight year olds) that --
having a former tiny tiger myself -- I could really relate
to. Elaine Hopper has a nice feel for characterization and
story development but could use a little more work with an
editor to make her story shine. Still, as it is, Naughty

Lingerie Shop owner Brooke Masters looks up her old
boyfriend Logan Brandt via email. Not sure he wants to
renew a relationship with Brooke, Logan asks his identical
cousin Wolf Linder to check her out for him. Wolf falls in
love with Brooke and decides to date her himself, telling
Logan that Brooke isn't worth looking up and not telling
Brooke that he has any connection to Logan. Everything is
fine until Logan figures out what Wolf is up to and
switches places with Wolf at a family wedding (unbeknownst
to Wolf). Will anyone survive the explosion when Brooke
finds out she's been deceived?
Rating: Very Spicy - Very Sexually Explicit - NOT suitable
for children or teenagers
