"Aidan & Maeve Tremayne... vampires who find eternal love"
This is a touching pair of romances with stories of what
it's like to be a vampire in love with a mortal. Although
they are brother and sister, Aidan and Maeve Tremayne have
different views of their vampire existence. Made a vampire
without his consent, Aidan has always hated his undead life
although not enough to end it. Maeve revels in her
immortality and the power she has, although she is not
happy about the possibility of becoming the queen of the
vampires. In FOREVER AND THE NIGHT, Neely Wallace gives the
information on her boss's corruption to the FBI and leaves
Washington D.C. to spend time with her brother. She meets
Aidan Tremayne whose home is near her brother's while
taking her nephew 'Trick-or-Treating'. Who better to meet
on Halloween than a vampire? Although he tries to resist the emotion, he has fallen in
love with Neely. He intensifies his search for a way to
return to being human so he can be with her. Unfortunately
there are some major obstacles. Neely is in danger from
her former boss's associates as well as Adian's enemies. In FOR ALL ETERNITY, Mauve often eases the dying by
offering them a moment of ecstasy when she feeds. At a
Civil War field hospital, she meets Dr. Calder Holbrook and
is attracted. Although Calder has heard the tales of the
beautiful angel who roams the battlefield to take the
dying, he is astounded when he sees her one night. He is
fascinated and intrigued by this vampire and the
possibilities she represents. They find themselves falling
in love. Her love for Calder makes her vulnerable when she finds she
must join with the warlocks to end Lisette's reign of
terror or the angels led by Nemesis will destroy all undead
creatures. Valerian (vampire), Dathan (warlock), Nemisis (angel) and
all other various factions of supernatural beings in these
stories round out the tale of good and evil / love and hate
in this contemporary setting. Added intrigue comes from
the vampires' ability to travel to various different time
periods between 'present' and the day they 'died'. If you
enjoy romances with non-traditional plots, you will enjoy
your visit into this under-world within our contemporary
world. As romance genre is known for, good and love can
conquer the obstacles.
