"Perfect Hero to be found in this Fantasy's Familiar"
After putting in a special order in December, just got, and
devoured in one gulp, this book of Ms. Joy's. It's about a
man who is a Familiar, so he has a cat form. The lovemaking
was so passionate, yet unbelievably tender, so heart
meltingly loving. A perfect example of erotic, from a
female stance: more about worshipping another with your
body than about lust per se. [Sigh. Swoon.] I think if
they ever knew about this book, all men would try and get
the book banned, 'cos the hero is perfect, and he would set
the bar so high, no mortal male could even come close. The humor in the writing, the funny, lovable characters,
I urge you all to rush out and hunt MINE TO TAKE
down. If anyone's in Toronto, I can lend it to you. Dominique / March, 1999
