"Action-Packed Psychic Romantic Suspense Thriller"
FATAL VISION is cop/psychic story that is not the
norm. It is a great story. It is action packed and the
hero is a great alpha male. Heck even the villain is
interesting, but evil as all heck. The heroine is psychic
and on a subway train ride in New York she "sees" that a
murder had just taken place and the murderer was in the car
with her... She stares at him to get his face fixed in her
memory and informs the cops. He isn't caught. New living
arrangements... She is happy. Naturally it can't last.
She owns a nice aroma shop (it is what I call it and not
what the book calls it) and has a teenage helper. She
starts having dreams about being chased by a lion and a
magician who is guiding her, Oh, she is in a maze. She finds out through her teenage help and her friend that
there is a man calling himself "Messiah" preaching at the
church and he is great. Heroine figures it for a scam and
goes to keep her young friends from falling into the con.
A hunky guy is leaning on the wall, she pegs him as a cop,
and it is instant flaming hormones for both of them...
(Pssst: he is also a former SEAL for those of you who like
that) The show starts, Heroine realizes some sort of narcotic or
something is being sprayed around the church and "Messiah"
in all his holy glory comes out to preach to the masses...
It is the murderer from the train in NY. I refuse to tell you what happens next but it is one heck
of a roller coaster ride... If you enjoy books with a lot of action and a lot of
building romance, even some humor, you will love this
book. I am looking forward to her new suspense thriller,
DEATH BENEFITS. The segment at the end of FATAL VISION
whetted my appetite for it. Brenna Lyons /October, 2001
