"Delightfully Humorous"
All that Evah Mattlin wanted was a place to call home and
love. Abandoned on a distant planet because of the scars
she bears from the healing she does, Evah makes her way as
the village healer. When a guardsman is brought to her for
healing she doesn't know what to make of him, when after
the healing he proceeds to kiss every one of the healing
wounds she took from him. Evah has never known acceptance
outside of the Citadel where she was trained. He looked at
her as a woman, not as an abomination. Rapal Golix is Highlord of the Merwil colonies. Brought to
the village healer, expecting to die from the poison in his
wounds, instead he finds himself healed. Finding out she's
a virgin, and admiring her strengths, he decides he must
have her for his own. Viola Grace's Healer is a delightful change of pace.
Not a novel of suspense or action or even intrigue it still
draws you in and leaves you with a smile on your face. I
thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this book and read it in
one sitting. I definitely recommend this author no matter
what your romantic tastes.
