"I want to go to Peckerwood!"
To Play or Obey is a funny read that combines M/s
and vampires, a little bit of an unusual combination but
Abby Wood makes it work! Gabby is newspaper editor that
moonlights as a kinky romance novelist and Mayor Dick of
Peckerwood is a man who knows what he wants. He invites
Gabby to come visit his kinky town as inspiration for her
next book but he intends to win her over. There is just one
little problem, he is Vampire and is two hundred years old,
and if he can't convince her to stay his chance at love is
gone...for all of eternity. While a bit corny at times this is a fun story that is a
great way to chase the winter blues away. It takes BDSM
and M/s with a dose of humor and puns that left me cracking
up so hard I had to stop reading for a bit. Dick is a Dom
with a sense of humor that spills over to every aspect of
his personality. Ultimately this is a story of love at first bite and a man
who will do anything to give his woman what he knows she
craves, even when she isn't so sure of it herself!
