"another enjoyable read"
The Argeneau family has a secret, one of their own is a
rogue vampire! Nicholas Argeneau used to be a successful
hunter who captured rogue vampires who broke their laws.
Then fifty years ago something happened that turned him
into a rogue. However Nicholas still hunts and his latest
hunt has him rescuing a woman who he can't stop himself
from thinking about. Jo isn't sure about the people her sister, Sam, has got
involved in. Sure they look after her and seem to have lots
of money but there is something off about them. Then Jo
sees something she shouldn't have seen and meets someone
she shouldn't of met. But Jo is drawn to the stranger
everyone is trying to keep her away from and does
everything she can to see him. Then she finds out that Jo's
boyfriend and his friends and family can change her
memories and are trying to kill Nicholas. Exactly what is
going on is unclear to Jo but she needs Nicholas and knows
she can help him. Another Argeneau novel equals another enjoyable read. The
plot is always the same but the author does such a great
job of writing a new story each time, it is amazing! I have
yet to read a Argeneau novel I didn't like and I can't wait
for the next one. The clan is growing and storylines about
the other family members are continuing in the background.
I love reading these books and highly recommend them. This is one of my favourite vampire series out there and
they are always a joy to read. I hope there are many more
to come and look forward to whatever delights Lynsay Sands
has in store for the Argeneau family. Hot, steamy and fun
this series is a mixture of the paranormal, romance and
chick-lit. Not heavy, not over the top and definitely not
boring, these books and the concept are wonderfully thought
out and written. If you haven't tried them yet then dig in
and enjoy!
