"Hot with a capital H"
Delan had been captured by a sex demon, Riko, and was kept
as a sex slave for several months. During that time, Riko
observed Delan and realized that Delan may be a perfect
match for his sister, Angel. Riko releases Delan with the
mission to make Angel fall in love with him. And he only
has one day to do so. Angel is half sex demon and half sex angel. Since coming
into her powers, she has been unbalanced, favoring the sex
demon side of herself. Riko thinks she needs the balance,
for the good of herself, and the good of demon kind. But,
she is unwilling to find balance until Delan turns her
world upside down. What a great short story! The story flowed extremely well,
and the characters are multi-dimensional, surprising in a
story so short. Delan and Angel's relationship is
extremely hot with a capital H, and, at times, very sweet.
Although, the timeline for the story is short, about one
day, the extremely quick romance is believable as the
author explains differences in time for angels and demons.
I wish the story had a single flashback to explain some of
Angel's traits, but this point is minute and me being
overly picky. Therefore, my one single complaint does not
take away from the story at all. The Demon is an Angel is a fabulous beginning to a
new
series where I see the potential for growth into full-
length novels. Highly recommended!

When ex-government assassin Delan is kidnapped by Riko, a sex demon, he’s taken care of and sexually serviced in any manner he desires by Riko’s personal sex slaves. And while not one to bemoan his good fortune, Delan is a man of action and in need of a mission. He’s about to be given one by the name of Angel. Riko’s half-sister Angel is just that, an angel. Not just any kind of angel though, she’s a hybrid being—sex demon and sex angel. And she’s in need of being tamed. Barred by Riko from having sex with her fellow sex demons, she’s forced to suffer the inadequate fumbling of humans, both male and female. When Delan and Angel meet, sparks fly. She’s defiant and he’s determined, but the lust and hunger hit them both between the eyes and below the belt. Sex is hard and hot, a little kinky and a whole lot naughty. But Delan needs to find something more than sex to rein her in, or she’ll destroy it all.
