"Twists and turns that will keep you guessing"
Caroline Cross arrives at the plush New York hotel, the
Timothy using the name of the owner's dead girlfriend
Jillian Miller. It is her job to convince the man who
happens to be a Sorcerer to turn himself over to the IRDC
to be studied to help humans possibly expand their life
span, as well as learn what else makes the non-humans
different than humans. Chase Maynord has recently come out of the closet and let
the public know that he is a Sorcerer. After the death of
the only woman he has ever loved he is just going through
the motions of every day life. Until he is notified that a
woman has arrived at his hotel by the name of Jillian
Miller, the woman he thought he lost. Caroline becomes confused when she starts to remember
things that are not her memories but those of Jillian. As
Chase tries to convince her that she has been lied to all
these years and that she really is Jillian, they find
themselves falling in love all over again. Can Chase and his powers bring Jillian back to him
completely or is it really true that the woman he is
falling in love with is working for the enemy? Red Heat is full of twists and turns. It
continually keeps you guessing, is she Caroline or is she
Jillian? And how does it all end. This is a book that I
will have no problem reading over again, I was captured
from the beginning all the way to the end.
