Kit is a vampire who finds herself sitting in a bar just minding her own business when she is confronted by a young man. There is something about him that she finds charming, and she knows that he will be the one going home with her.

His name may be Mouse but he's not meek, as Kit soon finds out. Once a vampire slayer, he knows what she is and he wants to dominate her, he wants her to let go of her control and let him control her.

Can Kit give Mouse what he asks for? Can she forget centuries of control and let him do whatever he wants with her?

I loved this story of Kit and Mouse, one a vampire, the other who used to kill vampires for a living. I enjoyed how they interact with each other and how Kit is able to let go and let Mouse be the one in charge.

Kit is a vampire who had been planning on a quiet evening out at the local pub. But that plan becomes null when Mouse walks in. As soon as Kit meets him she knows that this quiet, shy man is not really what he seems. She instantly knows that she has to have him.

Mouse plays into her hands perfectly, agreeing to accompany her home. But Kit is in for quite a surprise when the nervous veneer fades and this mortal becomes the demanding and dominating man Kit never realised she had been needing.
