"Two worlds and two people collide"
Arielle works for a special department of the FBI tracking
down vampires. With her special powers as a witch she is
sent in first to see what she can pick up. When she is sent
on a case to locate a vampire that is killing humans she
does not expect to find someone else also trying to locate
the killer. Even worse, the man saved her life. Jackson was sent to Earth to locate a sorcerer that he
believes is killing people. Last thing he needs in his way
is a human woman, especially one that draws him in and
makes him want things he cannot have. Arielle and Jackson agree that the best way to catch the
vampire is to pool their resources and work together
instead of fighting over it. Now they have to figure out
how to fight the attraction that is growing between them,
since they know their time together is going to be brief.
Last thing either of them wants is to fall in love and then
lose each other when Jackson has to return to his home. Alina Morgan has written a wonderful story of two different
people, one witch--one vampire from two different worlds,
and how they manage to still make things work for them. I
would love to see this turned into a full novel and maybe
even a sequel. The story line is definitely there.
