REVIEW

"Wonderful Celtic story of love and curses!"

Back in Celtic times, in the Scottish Highlands, Tani is a Druidess. For some time now, Tani has been having visions of a gorgeous warrior. The vision she's having now is different. Instead of watching her warrior from a distance, she's right there with him and he's calling to her. So Tani petitions the Gods and Goddesses and finds out this warrior is destined to be her soulmate and it is up to her to save him from a curse. The man is a Druid, however, with the curse, he is unable to live up to his full potential. Tani can even see the thread binding the two of them together. Since there is no way she can refuse her destiny, she decides to pack her things and set off for the island where she is to meet him. Before Tani leaves her village, she senses danger.

Will Tani be able to even make it to the island to meet her warrior? Will she be able to break the curse upon him? What type of danger will they face?

A CURSED HEART is an enjoyable Celtic read. Keelia Greer tells an interesting story of Druids, Gods and curses. The characters are all well-developed, from Tani determined to fulfill her quest from her Goddess, to her warrior, cursed for something he didn't do and forced to live with the consequences. I would have liked to see this developed into a longer tale myself. If you like things Celtic, don't pass this one by. A truly enjoyable read!
