"a good werewolf romance read"
Cass Rogers is an assassin, and she is very good at what
she does. She also has a serious problem, but if she
completes this one assignment, then her problem should be
solved. All she has to do is kill a vampire who dared to
make a human and a werewolf his mates. She didn't count on
running into a team of werewolves sent to do the same
thing. Erik and Tarn are mated werewolves sent to kill the
werewolf who left the pack and then impregnated a human
female. Imagine their surprise when they run into Cass, and
she totally kicks their furry butts. Paybacks are going to
be bad when they catch up to her! But they never counted on
the surprise they got when they found her. Will Erik be able to get past his anger to see the
potential in a mating with Cass? Will Cass be open to a
relationship with two males? Will Erik and Tarn be able to
save her? This was a pretty good story! I liked Cass, it was really
nice to see a heroine able to take care of herself. The
interactions between the characters were interesting, but a
bit hard to swallow at times. One minute Erik wanted to
kill Cass, the next minute they were in love. It was a bit
of a leap. Erik was also a bit whiny at times, and that
tended to get annoying. But with that said, it was a good
read!
