"An enjoyable mix of mystery and time-travel romance"
Katherine St. Clair's grandmother gives her a gift of
cairngorm earrings and persuaded her to visit Castle
Duncreag. She is awakened by a noise and went into the the
room adjoining her bedroom and fell in instantly in love
with fifteenth century Scottish Laird, Iain Mackintosh.
Upon returning to her room, she returns to her own time.
With 8 years of dreams, Katherine cannot get Iain out of
her mind. Confiding in her brother and best friend, she
decides to return to Scotland. She finds herself once more
in the past in the year 1467.
Meanwhile in the 20th century Jeff and Elaine realize her
time-travel is not just a delusion and try to find out what
has happened to her. Unable to let his sister's life become
one of unhappiness, Jeff resolves to travel back in time
too and save Katherine.
An enjoyable mix of mystery and romance and the additon of
Katherine's brother Jeff and her best friend Elaine was
interesting. Although the story requires alot of suspension
of belief, it can be enjoyed all the way to its happy
