"Who wouldn't want a dragon?"
Some days it just doesn't pay to get out of bed. Clarice
was having one of those days. First, her new boss catches
her in a very undignified position, then her car breaks
down. To top it all off, her sister is murdered, and her
apartment is trashed. But, on the up side, at least she
gets an incredibly sexy bodyguard-her new boss, who
suddenly decides that he and Clarice need to get married.
Will they be able to outwit the men chasing Clarice, and
solve an ancient puzzle? Otis Larssen knew a good thing when he saw it, and his new
employee, Clarice was a very good thing. When he gives her
a ride home, and finds the disaster waiting for her, it
just seemed natural to protect her, in every way. When Otis
discovered who Clarice's family was, the mystery
surrounding her was much clearer. Will Otis be able to save
Clarice? Will their new relationship survive the trials to
come? You know, you have to love a hero with a sense of humor who
is not afraid to take charge of the situation, and Otis
totally fit that mold. I also liked the element of
paranormal in the story, because who doesn't love a story
with a dragon! The romance between Otis and Clarice was
very steamy, and the love scenes were scorching! Excellent
job!
