exhausted with blood loss, and too badly wounded to
continue. When Elena saved him, he knew that he had to
protect her, no matter what. He also knew that she was
special, and maybe she would be the key to winning the
battle he was destined to fight. Will Elena and Jorge get
their happily ever after, or will evil destroy their new
love before it has a chance to grow? SERPENT'S KISS was excellent! Jorge was a fantastic
character, very well done and very interesting. The mental
picture that comes with Ms. Sarai's description of him is
just yummy! I especially liked how protective he was, both
of Elena and of her villagers. Elena was also an excellent
character, because you have to love a woman who has a brain
and is not afraid to use it. The romance between the two of
them was just scorching hot, and very well done. All in
all, this was a quick, steamy read!
