"Great story, timeless plot"
Marin Thomas is fleeing from the monster who has held her
captive and hurt her. On the run, she has a car accident on
the outside of a small town named Ashton Grove. Badly
injured, she calls out for help. It answers in the form of
a wolf. Cole Andrews, who lives in Ashton Grove with his two
brothers, just so happens to be a werewolf. Not just any
werewolf, but the wolf that Marin calls out to for help.
Enlisting the help of his brothers, he takes an injured
Marin to their home when she refuses medical help. Knowing
she is running from something or someone, the brothers
nurse her back to health. But their motives are not all
pure, they know Marin is a part of their pack, they just
don't know which one she belongs with. With her tormentor
still stalking her, Marin has to put her trust and her life
in the hands of three men who are not what they seem. I really liked how Mrs. Smith took Marin's character from
such a low point in her life, to where she has no one and
nothing, to having hope and something to live for. What can
I say about the Andrews brothers but super hot studs
needing some women in their life! Great story, timeless
plot, and ultimate satisfaction of good guy gets girl, and
the happy ever after. This is the first in the Ashton Grove
Werevoles and it is followed by Moonlight Hero, and then
Moonlight Guardian, which will be released in October 2009.
