"A definite must read"
In a long ago time Night Warriors were born. Born to fight
the beasts. Vampires, some called them. Viriel, a warrior
turned Elder, is in search of his first love, killed so
many years ago. He believes that she will be reincarnated
and has fixated on Anna Jameson, calling her Regana. Corwyn Hunter, new Lord of House Hunter, is driven to find
out why his father was killed because of a human woman.
What is so special about her that a beast would act so out
of character? When he finally meets her he is drawn to her
and wants her for his own. Anna Jameson can't understand how a dream could affect her
so strongly. Then to find out that her dream lover is real
and wants to claim her just totally freaks her out. After
meeting Corwyn, though, she finds that she's equally drawn
to him. This is the first that I've read by Brenna Lyons, but it
won't be the last. I dearly look forward to seeing more in
this series and I'll be searching for her novellas that she
wrote previously. However, this book stands on its own, so
if you haven't read the novellas you will still understand
what's going on. Night Warriors draws you in almost
immediately. It's packed with action and moves at a fast
pace. A book I definitely didn't want to put down.
