"Time travel from 1930 to 1990's but return for love"
Well, after reading on PNR list that the blurb on the back
of this book was misleading, I decided to give it a try.
You were right, I liked it! I reread the epilog just to
reinforce the HEA feeling . Synopsis: 1998: After 5 years of missing memories, the
dreams were beginning to cause Dana to panic. Sebastian
decided to tell her about the day he found her shot and
lying on the sidewalk in front of this very building. She
was dressed in 1930's style (as she was in her dreams) and
noone could identify her. After joking about reincarnation
and time travel, he left and she continues to work. As she
shuts the window, the clock strikes, and she finds herself
in the 1930's with no real memory of why she was shot, only
what her life had been in the 1990's. Private Investigator Gabriel O'Shaunessy had been blamed
for Dana's murder, but released because of lack of proof.
When she suddenly appears in his office he is furious.
When he takes her to the police station in an attempt to
clear his name, he finds he has reopened whatever it was
that had caused Dana to be shot in the first place... and
now he was a target, too. Their only hope was to find the
answers only her missing memory could supply. Their love grows as the mystery unravels and the dangers
increase. When the danger is past, she chooses to stay
with Gabriel. The epilog is a touching scene where she
meets Sebastian again, but now as a much older Dana. Cy Korte © Copyright April 1999 for eBOOKISLE.com &
