"Wild, Passionate Ride!"
"Bound" is not a story for the faint-of-heart. When it is
decided that Moregon, Minister of Agriculture for the Great
City must wed it is annouinced throughout the land. All
having daughters of eligible age are invited to a party
where the King and Queen will choose some of them to compete
for Moregon and his fortune and status.
Piece of cake. Not! It seems that Moregon has some, shall
we say, small quirks. He must be dominated by anyone
seeking to be his wife and this concept is foreign to most
folk.
All show up for the party, including the family of Aketa.
She is silent, scarfed and humble. Ever referred to as ugly
and worthless, she has no self-esteem and believes all she
is told about herself. Amazingly enough, she is among those
chosen to remain to interview for the job of wife. Can
Aketa rise above her poverty and lack of person? Can she
learn to be the dominator instead of the dominated? I actually really liked this book! A short story which is
part 3 of a series entitled Zinah. I would love to read the
first two parts to see how the Queen came to be a Queen from
a Priestess and how Moregon became the way he is now. But,
a reminder - go back and read the first sentence before you
proceed.

Lord Moregon needs a wife but not just any wife will do. Aketa is a farm girl, raised on the outskirts of the magnificent Great City.
