"Together, they will heal the earth, their hearts and their souls."
Lena, an Earth witch, knows that the ritual she and twelve
other witches are performing is forbidden because of the
dark magic, but she also knows that they must heal the
Earth. The ritual includes five couples coupling on the
ground in a circle, and she has been paired with Matt. Lena
has a hard time focusing and giving in to the power, but
then she accepts her role. As the power rolls through and
around them, neither have any idea that they are exchanging
their talents and entwining their hearts into one. Lena resists the love that Matt offers her, because she has
evil deep inside of her, inherited when her uncle raped her
mother and conceived her. Now, Matt and Kenji have to show
Lena that it is not evil, but a very strong talent that she
has shared with them, and which she can control and use to
her advantage. Their coven is forced to join forces to fight Jaimis. He
wants to out witches and whore their talents out to those
willing to pay a high enough price. After the duel, they
know that Jaimis is not done, although they won the duel
and it was agreed that he would stop his mission. Together, they must hone their skills and prepare for the
next battle. Meanwhile, can Lena accept what her heart is
telling her and stay with Matt forever? Nature's Pentacle is the first book in a series, one
which I look forward to reading very much. Eden Rivers has
created an intriguing plot and cast of characters. This
book moves along at a fast pace and includes a lot of very
hot sex. I fell in love with Lena and her haunting beauty,
as well as Matt and his tender strength. I look forward to
reading the next book in this series and highly recommend
Nature's Pentacle to anyone who enjoys erotic
paranormal books.
