"What does a girl have to do to find the man of her dreams?"
Ivy Ward is a were-wolf cursed by a prophecy. Her unique
moon-shaped birthmark means that she can only mate with
another shifter who has the matching mark. This doesn't set
well with the other males in her pack, so she decides to
take a vacation. Lodan Hunt was a loner, but when he caught a whiff of Ivy,
he had to have more. Who cares if the birthmark on his hip
means that he can only mate with the were who has the
matching mark? Ivy burns him alive, and he is hopelessly
addicted to her. What will happen when Lodan finds out that
Ivy bears the mark that completes his? MARK OF THE MOON was excellent! The story was fast paced,
with very believable characters. Lodan was excellent as the
loner alpha hero, and Ivy was a very good complement to his
personality. His reluctance to start a relationship with
Ivy when he knew that he wasn't going to be able to give
her everything she wanted was very noble. The romantic
scenes between the two were very well written, and very
steamy! MARK OF THE MOON was excellent, and I can't wait to
read more from this author!
