"There is definately going to be more ..."
After talking with Rita for a few months now, I decided
more than ever that I wanted to read her book. The blurb
was fascinating and I couldn't wait until it was released
so I could have my chance. In her book, we follow Catherine, or Cat as she preferred
to be called, as she goes through her life, which seems to
be going perfect, until her grandfather passes away. Then
everything starts to go into a downward spiral as she tries
to figure out what is happening. She knew nothing of her
past, except for what her grandfather had told her and it
scared her to death (practically) when she found out that
she was in fact holding something that this pure Evil
wanted. Rita Vetere's characters are wonderfully drawn into your
mind as you read. Including the ones that don't seem to
last very long in the story. This book was filled with a
lot of religion based on fact and beliefs throughout
history and neatly woven into the perfect story. This book could very well stand alone on it's own, but I
have a feeling that there is definately the possiblity that
there may be more sometime in the future.
