Falling For You tells of Jo who has the ability to heal herself and once a month has this overwhelming urge for sex. So for that week she does her best to avoid Men...to the point she even has taken up running until her body's only desire is sleep. One night while running she finds herself falling and when she comes to, finds she has fallen into a cave, but not just any cave. This cave already houses someone. An injured vampire named Alek.

Alek is a Trueblood...and on the outs with the Vampire Council as are most Truebloods, including his Family whom he hasn't seen in over 200 years. So while sitting in his cave, injured and praying for death, suddenly an angel falls out of the sky and into his lap. Maybe she will help him, and in a way she already has by giving him a reason to survive.

But someone wants Alek dead...who and why are the main questions. With Jo's help can Alek find out the reasons, and does he have a chance to be happy with Jo? Or is that another road he will have to go down only to find it's a dead end?

Author Barbara Elsborg does a good job of bringing her readers into the lives of Jo and Alek as well as the other characters in the story. She makes her readers feel Jo's pain and troubles as well as gets them to root for her and Alek. Falling For You brings romance as well as mystery together. Any reader of either will enjoy the intrigue of the mystery of who is after Alex and the romance that is blooming between Alek and Jo.

She lives for the moon.

Every month, for five days around the full moon, Jo has the overwhelming urge to jump almost every male she sees. Convinced she's gone crazy, she seeks medical help but finds none. All she can do to stop the hunger is run. One wrong step and Jo's life plummets in a direction she didn't expect. She falls into the lair of a badly injured vampire.
