"an exciting journey that shouldn't be missed"
Mary awoke in a pillow-soft bed to the voices of people
discussing her fate. She had no clue where she was, how
she was or why...She discovers she is the niece of the High
Priestess of Witches, Doran. Her cat, Clyde, is another
witch named Manus who has been with her through thick and
thin and times he maybe shouldn't have been considering
what she was doing! Not only that, she has a Gnome
servant named Hogan who has a blue-green mohawk! Plus, her
name was really Keena!! Who knew? As the days pass, Keena is taught to use her magic, to
spell, to act appropriately in court and to fight. For
fight she must as she has a twin half-sister sister named
Feldema, Priestess of the Seas who will challenge her for
the right to become High Priestess. The night before they
leave to meet the High Court, Keena meets the man whose
house they have been living in: Lord Tynan. A vampire. The ways of the High Court are very strange to her. She
immediately is challenged by her half-sister to a fight.
Keena wins then makes the mistake of allowing Feldema's
vampire consort to battle her to avenge his mistress. Lord
Tynan steps in and kills the other challenger. Thus begins
Keena and Tynan's romance and the rest of the adventure. Follow Keena through meeting the love of her life, learning
the skills needed to be a High Priestess and how to be a
true friend, ally and Witch. It is an exciting,
stimulating journey and one that shouldn't be missed.
