"The action and passion never stop"
For over ten years, Logan Ellis had lived in the alleys of
New York City. Not the Plaza area, the boxes filled with
rags area. She has seen things she probably shouldn't and
definitely done the same. She is also a heroin addict. She
was watching three vampires fight in her alley when they
are all killed, and she turns to see a very handsome
vampire watching her. She has no idea how bad her
situation has just become because he is Kerestyan Nelek,
the Lord of the City and she has seen vampires. Kerestyan gives her a choice: die or become his prisoner
until something can be done about her memory. She finds
herself in his apartment with a leather-wearing look-alike
who happens to be Kerestyan's twin brother - Odin. THE
Odin. A wry sense of humor, rude, Odin christens her Bones
and Bones she stays. She and the Lord become closer as the
days go on. Then the Ultimate happens - his Father, over
20,000 years old, summons Logan. One small catch, she must
be clean - no drugs. This story read quickly. The action and passion never
stop. The end came much too soon and was a total surprise.
Great job, Ms. Turner. Keep 'em coming!
