Anastazia "Taz" Proctor is a great lawyer and very 'in'
control of her life, until she accepts a new job with a
powerful businessman. She meets her new boss, Matthias
Hawthorne; definite eye candy --- and powerful in more ways
than one. Taz finds it very difficult to remain in control
whenever she is around him. Suddenly strange things start
happening and someone attempts to kill her. Her world as
she knew it stopped and she is forced to face the facts
that she is a vampire too! She thinks everyone is crazy but she soon realizes that
there are other forces involved here, and she can't stand
not being in control. Soon she gives in to the cold hard
facts - she is a vampire and very, very attracted to
Matthias. Matthias helps her learn to control her new found
powers. But there is still more danger ahead --- they find
themselves hiding in Yellowstone National Park before all
hell breaks loose. Lesli Richardson has taken the vampire myths that we all
know to a very different level. No more fangs, coffins, or
hiding from the sun. This is definitely a skillfully spun
story about some new age vamps. You might even find
yourself unable to stop reading due to the powers this
story will have over you! Love and Brimstone is a
powerfully sexy book - a must read!
