Sophia Daring was called by a mysterious source for a meeting only to discover a dead body, and it was somehow tied to the Dalakis family. When Detective Zane York appears at her door to question her, sparks fly, and Sophia finds she may have bitten off more than she can chew.

This was a fantastic addition to the Dalakis Passion series. There is so much more to the story than Zane and Sophia, but I can't say anything. The surprises just keep coming in this series. There are a lot of answers in this book, but the author still has a few tricks up her sleeve, because a few questions remain. You can feel the eternal love between the characters and it makes you long for something like that in your life. Zane is a surprisingly complex character and his secrets are earth shattering. And Sophia is made of steel. You will love watching these characters in this book.
