"shifter tale full of twists and turns"
After losing his mate Quinn needed a change. The oldest of
the Lassiter brothers, he decides to leave home and get a
job as a park ranger in Florida Panhandle. He loved that he
was further away and he had the peace and quiet he so
needed. He figured the less you're around others the less
chance you have to get attached and get hurt. He closed his
heart off but that leads to a lonely life; all that changes
when a hurricane hits the coast. His job has him
responsible for helping to find and evacuate visitors from
the park. Then the storm gets so bad that there is no way
to get anyone else out, that is when he finds a woman that
is hurt and in need. Celeste was hurt and unconscious, but then it gets weirder,
see Celeste had died years before, so what is going on? As
they are in the shelter from the storm they try to figure
out what had happened and who had caused the betrayal that
had torn them apart. They must also find the danger that is
stalking her before it finds her. Summer: Hurricane Season by Loribelle Hunt is a
thrill ride. This story had you going from one minute to
the next, full of twists and turns. You have a heartbroken
man that had lost his mate and had to leave home because of
the memories that hurt too much. The intrigue was strong
and just kept you wanting to turn the page to see what
would happen next. A great shifter story.
