But she has a fight to prove to others besides David's family that he knows who the cause of his injury was. It is hard even for her to know what happened to him, the horror of it. Can she help him wake up? Can she help David come out of his coma in time before Aziza's evil stepmother gets to David and finishes the job?

Gracie C. McKeever knows how to write a story that has paranormal intrigue along with shapeshifting beings that captured me from the first page. This was a wonderful story that builds the suspense and made me want more when it ended. The fight that David and Aziza had on their hands trying to get David to wake from his coma before it was too late kept me on the edge of my seat. I look forward to reading anything Gracie writes from this book forward.
