"This is a futuristic and fun fling which any fan of this author will enjoy"
Dr. Gladys Loder lives on C Block and cares for any
mutant's sickness and injuries, that come her way. She has
been given the nickname 'Angel of C Block' because she
never involves the government. All Gladys wants is a child
and even though she has permisson to have one she still
needs to find a man to do the honours. A scavenger hunt is underway and Gladys is one of the items
needed to win. When Jaz shows up at her apartment she goes
along with him thinking she is needed for her Doctor
skills. Mutes and Norms don't mix but Gladys sees an
opportunity she would be stupid to pass up on. Jaz tricked
her so it is only fair. This novella is a re-release of a story from Charming the
Snake (which is no longer avaliable) and expands on the
Mutes that the author introdued elsewhere. Any paranormal
genre reader will know this author already and know how
great her work is. So there is no need for any reviewer to
praise her for her writing skills. This is a futuristic and fun fling which any fan of this
author will enjoy and any romance reader will love. With
great writing style, fun characters and a unique story this
is worth taking it on your lunch break to enjoy.

Dr. Gladys Loder. Brown hair, brown eyes, skinny, tall – as ordinary as they come. She lives alone in B-block with her grapefruit tree and her fantasies. She spends her time treating the mutants for injuries and sickness. The Angel of C-Block never turns them into the government, because she's looking for the right man to father her child. Her prospects, however, are nil. Jaz Scavenge. Red hair so dark it's almost purple, eyes a lighter shade – cherry cough drop red, to be exact. He generates force fields and has a penchant for grand entrances. He's a mutant on a mission: to bring the doc to his apartment, along with a few other items, to win a scavenger hunt. He's not expecting the 'norm' to be so hot. Too bad muties and norms don't mix. But maybe they could, just for one night.
Publisher's Note: Savage Scavenge is a re-release of the story found in the print title Charming the Snake, which is no longer available. This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable. Genre: Futuristic Science Fiction
Length: Fling
