"will leave you spellbound from page one"
Bjorn Lunde leads a highly specialized team of troops. When
they need someone else's knowledge, he brings in Sigrid
Myrhe. She is a scientist who might know how to put a stop
to a series of vicious attacks going on. But when Bjorn
gets a look at this woman, Sigrid, her body calls to him
and all he wants to do is take her voluptuous body and lay
claim to it. He knew from the first look at her that he
wanted her, she not only would be good for the team, but
she would be even better in his bed because he feels that
this woman, Sigrid is his mate. See, Bjorn is a shifter who
can shift into a bear and now that he has found his mate he
has to fight to keep the bear under control. He must keep
hidden what him and his team are and why they are so good
at what they do. As the danger grows and the beast calls
for him to claim his mate, Bjorn has to come to terms with
telling his mate before it is too late. And will she be
able to accept him for who he is? And will their mission
succeed to stop the attacks before someone else is hurt? Scientist, Sigrid Myrhe is very eager to prove how good she
is, and finds out that she is being offered a chance at
doing that. She is offered an assignment that will be full
of dangers that she would never have dreamed of and when
she meets the men in the team she will be going with and
the leader Bjorn, he is unlike any man she has ever meet or
seen before. The mystery that is Bjorn calls to Sigrid
stronger than any she has ever felt for any man. The man is
pure mystery that draws her like a moth to a flame. Sigrid
knows that Bjorn and his team need her and her knowledge to
get through this mission and in doing so she is able to
prove her skills. The attraction between Sigrid and Bjorn
grows stronger and stronger. But she knows that he is
hiding something. Will she be able to accept him for who
and what he is? And will they be able to succeed on this
dangerous mission to stop the attacks? Wow, Mary Winter did it again. This story had such a great
story line, I loved it. When Captain Bjorn Lunde meets his
mate, Scientist Sigrid Mythe, the bear from inside calls
for him to take his mate and take her now. He must fight
against the beast to keep him from taking what he wants.
Sigrid Myrhe has what they need to succeed on this mission;
she has knowledge that will help them stop a series of
vicious and violent attacks. But from the first meeting all
Bjorn wanted to do was take her as his woman/mate. And
Sigrid felt a bond and an attraction to this beast of a man
from the first time they looked into each other eyes. But
will she be able to accept the man/beast he is when she
finds out? Or will she let her fears tear what they have
apart? I loved, loved the building relationship between
these two. The bond and emotions that Mary Winter wrote in
this story will leave you spellbound from page one.

Captain Bjorn Lunde leads a team of highly specialized troops. In need of assistance, Bjorn must welcome Sigrid Myrhe, a scientist whose knowledge may help stop a series of vicious attacks — if her voluptuous body doesn't drive the men to distraction first. Bjorn wants her at first glance, on his team and in his bed—and it seems his bear has found its mate. Now Bjorn must control the bear and his lust for Sigrid to keep her from discovering what makes his team perfect for an Arctic mission. Eager for a chance to prove herself, Sigrid soon discovers an assignment fraught with dangers she never imagined and men unlike any she's ever known. The captain is more than her commander. He's a man as rugged and mysterious as the frozen land she loves. Bjorn needs a scientist. Sigrid hungers for a chance to prove her skills. What she finds is a team of men with inner beasts — and a sexual attraction hot enough to melt the Arctic landscape that surrounds them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
