"a beautiful love story"
Being a single mother at times can be very hard, but being
one with one of the most vivid imaginations could sometimes
be nearly impossible. But this imagination has allowed her
to get through hard times and allowed her and her family to
be where they are today. Being a single mother in Regency
London is frowned on, but not everyone is lucky enough to
have someone for always. But then sometimes that so called
imagination can get her into a lot of trouble, and that
would be when she and it goes a little crazy over a
gentleman that she lays eyes on one day. Could this be a
man that could take all her dreams and desires and make
them come true? Could he give her all that she needs and
free the hidden desires within her? Will Richard Wilcox be
the man that sets her free? And when he finds out what she
has hidden, will he stay with her? Or will he tear her
heart apart? This is the first book I have read by Elaine Lowe. I am not
a regular reader of historical romance but this was a good
choice by far. The way this author portrayed a single
mother during the time of Regency London was great. I don't
know all the ins and outs of that time, but Elaine wrote a
beautiful love story that explored some hidden secrets that
most of us have and are afraid to set free. Being the
single mother that Charlotte Mallory is can be lonely at
times, and Richard Wilcox sets her thoughts and dreams on
fire. Could this be the man for her?
