"a strong and intriguing story"
Olivia Templeton had lost a lot in her life. She has lost
three husbands and most feel she is "different". And don't
get her talking about her craving sex all the time, no one
has been able to give her all she has wanted or needed. And
since she has lost three husbands now, the police are
watching her and have named her "The Black Widow" because
whoever she touches dies. So Olivia knows she has to find
out what is going on with her, what is wrong? She can't
keep living this way. She looks up Dr. Seth Hayden, a
paranormal expert, to try to help her figure out what is
going on. But when she meets him she wonders what she has
gotten herself into. What the two of them have to struggle
through at times will be hard and scary, but as long as
they have each other, they can do anything, anything at all. Seth Hayden is the owner of Paranormal Investigations
Unlimited because he has seen a lot that couldn't be
explained away. So when he finds out about Olivia, he wants
nothing more than to find out what is so different with her
and why all this happens to her. When he meets her he's
caught in her beautiful eyes and the energy that surrounds
her body. She's full of sexual vibes that draw Seth in. She
needs sex and a lot of it, and Seth figures who better than
him, right? So thinking that he has been bewitched, Seth
plans to prove that one of the Chameleon witches is behind
all of this. But when it seems someone is after Olivia and
wants the truth about who and what she is buried and buried
with them both, Seth sets forth to try to find what is
going on, and he will do what it takes to help Olivia out
because she has him on her side. What she makes him feel
has Seth wanting to sacrifice his reputation and maybe even
his life to help her out? The way Titania Ladley created this wonderful storyline
just blew me away. I loved the way she developed Olivia in
this story, making her "The Black Window" was just great.
And then you have Seth, a paranormal investigator who is
pulled into this from the moment he lays eyes on Olivia.
All he knows is he must help this woman out because someone
wants what and who she is hidden and hidden deep. This is a
strong and intriguing story, and had me enthralled until
the last page.
