I just finished BY KELTIC DESIGN by *Lizzie Starr, a newly published author by Wings ePress. Her bio says that one of the greatest compliments a reader could offer her was "to affirm her eccentricity." Well, her eccentricity has crafted a wonderful story filled with romance, danger, betrayal, - and faeries.

Jay Zeroun is a very successful businessman, successful but unhappy. Allyn Keely has a life that most of us can only dream of. She's a successful artist - and a friend of the faerie. When the two meet, sparks fly - blue ones.
