"What a charming book!"
Although there were some heavy-duty issues going on in it,
they were handled with a lightness of spirit that didn't
make it too angsty for me (don't like aching angst. Turns
me off & makes me want to shoot myself). Also, it was a
pleasure to read a book where nothing out of character or
out of plot was hauled in at the last minute to fix things
but, as Shelly pointed out, the pattern was adhered to
throughout. I've enjoyed all of the Rita Boucher books I've
read so far. I agree, Rita Boucher's WOULD-BE WITCH... What a charming
