"another great story!"
From the moment Sommer McGregor was adopted she has been
protected and loved by her family to the point of
smothering her. If that wasn't enough even her God parents
are overprotective of her. So she decides to make some
changes in her life starting with opening her own catering
company; she did not want any help from her family or
extended family, she was going to make it on her own. In a further attempt to make some changes in her life she
also decides to take a lover. When she tells this to her
childhood friend Caleb, whom she has secretly had a crush
on, but knows nothing could come of it, due to the fact she
is human and he is not; she is in for a surprise. Caleb Masters could not believe his ears; he has wanted
Sommer for years and was waiting for her to no longer see
him as a big brother. So upon hearing this he informs her,
that he is the only lover she will take. Sommer can not
deny the passion when they are together but thinks that
this could only be a fling because of Caleb's high status
in the pack. Sommer goes in to this thinking that at least she will have
some fun, only to start worrying about her heart. Caleb is
doing everything he can think of to convince Sommer that he
is serious about them being together forever. But when he
does the one thing that Sommer doesn't want will it ruin
his chances forever? Eve Vaughn writes another great story! Although this time
she used a bit of language I find hard to grasp for new
lovers; I still think the story line is good and the
characters rich.
