"a well written, fun story"
Damien St. Pierre has joined a new Supernatural Police
Force that has
been formed in Philadelphia by the mayor. He should be
perfect for
the job, being a Gargoyle and all. However, Damien has
other plans as
well, the soothsayer says he must find the magical belt,
one of four
lost artifacts, to save his people and he would do anything
to keep
his clan safe. He just wasn't at all prepared for the
special Earth
Witch that would enter his life and change it forever.
Damien knows
she is his destiny, but he doesn't want to be her death. Katie Calhoun is a lonely Witch at present. She lives in a
large
enough place that when the mayor asked her to do a favor
for him she
found herself agreeing readily. So she agreed to let one
of her rooms
out to a new member of his police force. She knew
something was coming,
but she had no idea it was coming in the form of a sexy
Gargoyle that
makes her want to risk everything. No matter the danger.
Once she
has Damien in her life, Katie knows she must do whatever is
needed in
order to stay with him forever. She knows she must survive
to help
Damien and his clan, and to be his one true mate, but she
has to
stay alive first. Talk about hot and steamy. It's right up my ally too!
Stone and
Earth is a well written, fun story and it kept me smiling!

story, and to
be honest, I don't usually enjoy short stories. This was
really an
enjoyable way to spend the morning!

Gargoyle Damien St. Pierre has to find an ancient artifact needed by his people. When he meets earth witch Katie Calhoun, he can't keep his hands off her. Because of the problems his people are having, Damien is afraid to attempt the conversion necessary to make her his mate. But Katie is determined to help him in his quest and to become the gargoyle of his dreams. Can her faith overcome his fear? Will the magic of love succeed in the mating of stone and earth?
