Joe Horn had to fight to close the rift because the hole that had been torn in the curtain in Southeast Asia and had released something so evil that if it wasn't stopped would be horrendous to everyone. Joe counted himself very lucky for having Sarah and Raphael, Sally, Mitch, and Mary fighting alongside him to beat this evil. This was different for someone like Joe who had gotten used to being alone since he had no family or ties to anyone really. But that all changed for Joe when he met his friends. With the help of his friends they just might be able to save life as we know it, to keep all our dark fears from taking over our lives. Will they live to see the next day?

I was lucky to have read this whole wonderful series by Jonathan Wright. He built a world of intrigue, darkness and BDSM that worked. This series showed that with right friends you can conquer any evil if you work together. After reading this series I hope to have the chance to read more of this author's work.
