REVIEW

"excellent shifter romance"

Terry Pray has done well in this story of two feline shifters and how their lives intertwine. Emmie is a female feline shifter that lives in a small town and does what she can to hide exactly what she is from those around her, including leaving town once a month to scratch an itch in different cities around her town. She's also been raised that the males of their kind only want one thing and once they get it they are gone.

Theron is an alley cat from the city, that while on a job catches the scent of this female and follows her back to her home. Only once he's there how does he convince Emmie he wants more than just one or two nights. That he wants a life with this feline.

On top of this there are others in the town that want Emmie and will do whatever they can to get her.. and anything else they want.

Ms. Pray has done an excellent job of bringing the readers into the lives of Emmie and Theron as well as those that live in the small town, and with a few surprises along the way. I think anyone who enjoys paranormal books involving shifters will enjoy this one.

SUMMARY

The black panther shifter Theron was dangerous. He was everything Emmie had been warned about. He oozed sex appeal and walked into her world with only one purpose. To mate with Emmie and then walk out of her life for good.

She knew better than to become his scratching post.

Touching him. Kissing him. Dreaming about him. It was all wrong. So why couldn't she shut him out of her mind? Or out of her heart?

Bad enough that he followed her from the city, but now Theron claimed he wanted to get to know her better. Perhaps even find a way to become a part of her life. No, this wasn't happening to her. She wasn't about to repeat history. No matter how his kisses set her alight, or set her body into a spiral of desire.

Feline shifters were dangerous, and Emmie wanted no part of him. Or did she?
