"an engrossing story of pain and healing"
Celia wanted to fulfill her wild fantasies of having a one
night stand with a man that will show her passion unheard
of. She meets Adin and he fulfills that order more than she
could have ever dreamed of. What was meant only for a night
becomes much longer. Adin filled what Celia needed and
wanted, and to have a vampire as a lover is one wild ride.
He is one sexy man who knows what he wants and shows her
things she could have only dreamed of. Celia knows that she
wants to help this man with his pain over losing his family
the way he did. Can she be enough to help Adin find peace
from his nightmares? All Celia wants is to have the man she
loves, and live in her home at the edge of the forest; live
happily ever after with the vampire lover she loves more
than life itself. Adin has a mission to finish. He needs to find the vampire
who violently killed his parents. When Adin meets Celia in
the club, they shared a wild passion that was only meant to
be a one night stand. But Adin saw from the start that this
special woman can give him peace from the pain and
vengeance that has been eating away at him. But a threat
makes him feel like he needs some help so he contacts his
friend, Jackson Spey. Having him help brings Adin back to
the time he was born so he can experience what he is seeing
in his nightmares. This time was during the fourteenth
century plague in England. It was hard to see those times
again, but Adin needed to visit this time to help try to
overcome the vampire threat that is hanging over both of
their lives. Will the help of Jackson be enough to see what
is needed to solve the threat so that Adin and Celia can
have the happy life they deserve? Wow, K.Z. Snow has gained another fan after reading this
wonderful mystery. I love the story line, a vampire lover,
oh yummmy. Who doesn't love an alpha male that is in pain?
You just want to hold him and cure his pain, and that is
what Celia wants to do. Celia just wanted to have a one
night stand to live out her fantasies, but that goes wrong
when it turns into something more. Adin brings out
something in her that makes her want to have more of this
man. And with Adin, Celia gives him peace and a break from
his pain and vengeance he feels for the vampire that had
killed his family. I also loved the time travel aspect of
the storyline. I want to read more by this author, she is
quite gifted.
