"very original shifter story"
Shane and Cameron were on a mission to find all the
shifters that are being held as sex slaves on Gender X.
When they found sex shifters in the sanctioned government
clubs being used as prostitutes, they knew they had to help
find and free them.
Hart has been a sex shifter since birth when he had been
privately owned. Now he has become one of the many sex
shifters in the club after the death of his master and was
warned he better run away or the family would kill him.
While on the run he was captured by Caden Wolff, a bounty
hunter who is paid for each shifter he bring to the club.
When Shane sees Hart for the first time, Hart is in a
prison cell set to be killed because he can no longer shift
into female shape. They are going to find out why Hart
can't shift into female form any more and it has to do with
the hot and sexy Caden Wolff, who they need to get to agree
to work with them to free the other shifters from Rufus.
Caden Wolff is a neutered shifter that has no clue about
his own history; he just makes his money by getting the
club shifters and sees them as non-human, that is where he
is very wrong. So Shane and Cameron know they will be up
against a fight to get him to see what they are doing is
the right thing, that these shifters are more than how he
sees them. But no matter what they have to get him to see
because they can't do it without him. Oh wow, D.J. Manly has won me over again, "Wow", I can't
say enough about this author. This story was so Great, I
loved the concept of Sex Shifters and oh don't get me
started on Caden Wolff and Cameron and Shane and Hart, oh
what "MEN". I loved the way this author showed these sex
shifters, Hart, the emotion and passion was just out of
this world. I loved the way she came up with sex shifters
that can shift into male or female, very original. I wish
I had a mind like that. I want more by this author!!

Hart is a sex shifter, privately owned since birth, and now one of those sex slaves at the club. After the death of his master, he escaped when he was warned that the family intended to kill him. He was captured by Caden Wolff, a fierce bounty hunter who gets paid by the head for each shifter he brings to the Club. When Shane discovers Hart, he is in a prison cell, slated for execution because he can no longer shift into female form. Shane and Cameron are about to discover the reason why Hart can no longer shift, a reason connected to the sexy, elusive Caden Wolff, the man they’re going to need if they’re going to rescue the rest of the shifters from the unscrupulous Rufus. But Caden Wolff is a neutered shifter, unaware of his own genetic history. He makes his money from hunting Shifters, and sees them as less than human. Cameron and Shane know that he’s not exactly going to be receptive to their call for his help, but they will just have to come up with a way to make him see it their way.
