"a story of passion and magic"
Amara couldn't remember a day she hadn't been in love with
Griffin. But she hasn't seen him for a while, but even if
he hadn't been right in front of her, he had been a huge
part of her fantasy life, the way he could love her, oh man
could he love her. When she writes her books Griffin is the
hero, well if she can't have him in life, why not in one of
her books? So now she is heading to California to make her
book into a screenplay, but oh if she only knew what lay in
front of her in California, the man she has loved from
afar. Griffin runs the studio that is doing her screenplay,
boy how life can change at the drop of a hat. Griffin had meet Amara years before through her brother.
Griffin and her brother had been part of role-playing
games; that was the day that the feelings he felt for her
started. But he never acted on it because she was his best
friend's younger sister. But that has all changed years
later when she steps back into his life, now the gloves are
off. Now he can go after what he wants, and he even has
more leverage to bring her to him, her screenplay. All he
wanted to do was show her the heat and passion that he had
only lived out through his dreams. To share the experiences
with her, the passion that explodes between them when they
are near each other. So each night a roll of the magically
enchanted die brings the two of them into a dream realm
where they can live out the fantasy that they had only
thought would be in their dreams, but now can be reality in
this dream realm. And the days they share, they get to know
each other, what makes them tick, what makes them happy,
what they had done through the years, getting to know the
man and woman they have become. But is this for real Amara
wonders? Does this mean the same thing to Griffin as it
means to her? Or does he just want to play games, share
passion and walk away after they are done? All she wants is
to win this man, and win him forever. This is the first book I have read by Rowan West, and I can
say it won't be the last. The way she weaves the characters
through this story of passion and magic makes you feel you
are living out their dreams. Rowan West has great thoughts,
if we could only live in this dream realm just for a night,
oh what fun we all could have. A great debut, I look
forward to reading more by Rowan West in the near future.

Amara has loved Griffin since she was a teenager but hasn't seen him since. He has figured prominently in her fantasies and as the hero of her books. Now she is flying to California to help turn her book into a screenplay. As dazzling as the prospect is, it pales in comparison to discovering that Griffin heads the studio. Griffin met Amara while participating in role-playing games with her brother. Although he had feelings for her, he couldn't make a move on his best friend's little sister. Until now. Now he has the means to bring her to him — and the magic to create a place for them to experience all the passion they feel for each other. Each night, a roll of the enchanted die brings Amara and Griffin into a dream realm where their every desire becomes reality. By day she gets to know the man, by night the lover. But is it only a game for Griffin? Because Amara knows her heart — and she is playing for keeps. Sexual Content: Rated E-rotic
Genre: Paranormal
