"a tantalizing tale"
Helena is taking a break from her stressful job by going on
a kayaking adventure off Catalina Island. But her kayaking
guide, Ocean, proves to be much more distracting than any
vacation she could ever take. When Helena unwittingly
enslaves Ocean by accidentally invoking a curse against his
kind, he has serious doubts about whether she is innocent,
or if she trapped him on purpose. But on purpose or not,
the magic has been put into action, and now both Ocean and
Helena have no reservations about fulfilling her
fantasies. But as their bond grows stronger, Ocean begins
to wonder if it's the magic's doing, or if it's something
deeper. When the curse is broken will Helena be able to
accept Ocean's secret, and will Ocean be convinced of
Helena's innocence? Lila Dubois has written a tantalizing tale that is a
definite must-read! "Sealed with a Kiss" is a story of
magic, fantasy, and fanta-SIES! In this short story (that
I consider novella length), the author has created some
great characters and an entertaining plot that will have
you wishing for "Sealed with a Kiss" 2! The heroine of the
story is endearing, with self-confidence issues any woman
can relate to, and the hero has just the right "touch" to
bring out the self-assured woman she has always wanted to
be. With short stories, it's not easy to make a bond that
feels natural between the characters, but Dubois really hit
the mark. She also impressed me with her ability to turn
even the slightest nuance of touch into something very
sensual, and relay that sensuality to the reader. The sex
scenes were scorching, the plotline was fun, and the
setting was original. Lila Dubois knows hot, and "Sealed
with a Kiss" will have you fanning yourself with fervor!
