"Awesome werewolf story"
Veda Pearl had been very happy since the day she had left
her pack. The freedom she had after leaving freed up so
much happiness in herself that she felt alive again.
Living as a human and having a job as a bounty hunter has
given her the pleasure and joy she had been missing in her
life. She likes having more control of her life because
being in a pack, the male is the alpha and the woman's
choices are taken away to be what the male feels and wants
no matter what she wants. Taking on human male lovers is
much easier, or is she taking the easy way out because of
her fear of one male, an Alpha that wants her more than
anything. But fear has ruled her and she ran. He is coming
to claim the woman that is his, will she let him? All Kane Ryland knows is he wants the she-wolf that was
taken away from him when he was banished a few years back.
He knows he has his work cut out for him. When she left
the pack, she left their ways and lived the human ways.
But all Kane knows is that he will claim his woman. He
knows that Veda has chosen not to abide by the Lycaon Moon
Claiming of Mates, but Kane is going to help her change
her mind. Will Kane get Vada to see that being with an
Alpha is not all bad, that being with him and loving him
will be the best thing she ever could have dreamed of?
Will he be able to change her ideas and thoughts in time? Well I know I love B.J. McCall, but wow, this book outdid
all that I have read by her. I love werewolf stories as a
whole, but the way she writes hers is just "Awesome". I
was routing for Kane to prove to Veda that loving him and
being with a Alpha has its good points also. I can't wait
to read more by this author, and hope she writes more in
this werewolf series.
