"light vs. dark in a battle of hearts"

Elwyn and his fellow workers are trying to find a great slogan to sell this new product to the public. It is Rookery Cove Aphrodisiac's new product. So Elwyn, the senior ad man that does the campaigns of any new products, needs to find a slogan that will sell this product, but they don't have much to go on with the short message the maker Kyler, the Dark Elf sent to Elwyn. So that leaves Elwyn no choice but to go down to the Dark Elf and try to pry more information out of him on this product. See, Elwyn has had a crush on the Dark Elf and has dreamed and fantasized about him about but never let on what or how he felt. When he finally finds him, it is like a bomb went off, passion hits both of them to where they have no choice but to give in and touch each other until they explode. But in the process, when Elwyn has high passion he shoots light and of course the room they were in was the room with the plants that help make the product. Since Elwyn's luck isn't all that good when it comes to this man, the light that comes from his body after his orgasm, it kills them all. Plants that had taken Kyler weeks to groom and grow. Kyler hits the roof and tells him he needs to go back where he came from. But is that the last time Elwyn will see the man of his dreams? The man he has grown to love and need more than his next breath?

Kyler, the Dark Elf had come up with the new intoxicating beverage that will make anyone's sex drive shoot off the charts. When the ad king Elwyn comes to him to get more information out about this new product, things get out of hand; he loses his head and things go from there. When Elwyn loses control and kills all the plants, Kyler tells him he must leave, but inside he wanted him to stay. See Kyler had been hurt so many times that he had just shut himself off from the part of the world where light comes from, he lives in the dark, where he is in control. But when the chance comes, the Dark Elf takes it so he can see this man that makes him feel alive again. Will he be able to put aside the fear of letting someone else in? Or will he keep living a lonely life where no one can hurt him?

Well, Wow, I couldn't put this book down, and I ran to see if I had the others in this great series so that I could read them also. I loved the way that Kira Stone writes; I have been drawn to her books since the first one came out at Changeling Press. She has a certain way of writing that makes me feel part of this wonderful world and the story she writes, and to me that shows what a fantastic author she is. I can't wait for her next book to come out, I know it will be as good if not even better.

A Multi-Author Series

Rookery Cove Aphrodisiacs' newest brew is ready for its introduction to the public. The intoxicating beverage is guaranteed to raise the libido of any creature, undead or alive. Kyler is convinced it'll be a smash among their non-human clientele, if only they can find a way to market the stuff that doesn't reveal the method of production that gives the liquid its sexual magic.

Elwyn has little doubt the potent aphrodisiac will do exactly as the Dark Elf claims. But, as the senior ad man for the company, he needs more to build a campaign on than the tired maxim of “Try it, you’ll like it.” Prying the details about its production out of the closed-mouth brewer has proven impossible. He must take drastic measures if he’s to launch this product on time.

Kyler doesn't react well to the Incubus' surprise visit to his distillery on Rookery Cove Island, and an entire batch of Mash is ruined as a result. There's only one act that will pacify the Dark Elf's ire now, and Elwyn can't bring himself to do it. Can he?
