"edge of your seat read"
When Theo was taking pictures one night and takes some of
what looked like a man leaning over a woman, the next day
the woman is found dead. Theo can't believe he might hold
the pictures of the murderer. Theo is a freelance
photographer and he takes pictures where ever he goes just
in case he gets something that is sellable. Then he
catches Anna Grace trying to steal his pictures. See, Theo
is a human, but he isn't like most humans. He has the
power to push other people's minds into what he wants them
to do. He uses that power on Anna, who is not a human but
a vampire. Anna Grace knows that she must stop this vampire that is
killing humans before it goes too far. These vampires that
treat humans as just food are who hurt others like her,
and her family and friends that are vampires. Anna has
gone to Richmond to find Titius, a violent vampire who is
feeding off the humans in the city. When they find out
that Titius has let himself be caught on film, all Anna
knows is she must catch this vampire and get the pictures
before they are published and let loose on the public. But
when she goes to get the pictures from the man that took
them, Theo finds her before she is able to and she finds
out that he is a human with some of his own powers. Theo
is able to dominate Anna and they have some of the hottest
and wildest sex that she has ever had. Can they both work
together to find Titius, the vampire that thinks humans
are his food, and will take who ever he wants whenever he
wants? Will their passion and feelings for each other make
them stronger? They are working against the clock with
this violent, evil vampire. Mechele Armstrong has written one of the best vampire
story lines I have read, "Ever". I love the way she writes
the vampires in these stories as strong and passionate
beings. And Theo, well he is pure "Heat", and I loved the
way she made him human but having his own powers over
Anna. I loved the fast paced chase and intrigue of this
story. It keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering if
they will be able to stop him in time, and if their
feelings and love will be strong enough to last. I look
forward to this author's next book, and can't wait until
it comes out.

| SUMMARY |
|
Freelance photographer, Theo, is snapping pictures downtown when he takes something he didn't bargain on, a picture of a man leaning over a woman. When a woman is found dead in that area, Theo knows he has the face of a killer in his pictures. Anna Grace arrives in Richmond to track Titius, a deadly vampire, who thinks humans are only good for one thing: food. And now her nemesis has let himself be photographed over the body of a kill. When Anna Grace goes to retrieve the incriminating pictures before they are made public, Theo catches her. He's a human with the ability to push other's minds into what he wants them to do, including hers. He also does what no man has been able to do since she was made into a vampire: dominate her in sizzling sex. From there, it's a race to what Titius seeks to complete plans, and there's a few losses along the way. This night's journey must result in victory for the organized stable vampires, or humanity and many vampires, and the passion between Anna Grace and Theo will be casualties of war. Publisher's Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable: male/male sexual encounter (dubious consent) and violence.
