The Felys, former sex slaves, have been having increasing
numbers
of runts born in their litters. A group of Felys travels
to Argon in
search of a healer to find the cause of the increased runt
problem.
Illam, a member of the Felys group, and Tera, an Argon
healer, strike
sparks off each other from their first meeting. When Tera
is chosen to
travel with the Felys to their planet and research their
runt problem,
Illam tries to avoid Tera. Unfortunately, Illam is
responsible for
Tera's safety and the ship is a very confined space. Ms. Verdenius pens a sizzling, hot science fiction
romance with a
yummy feline alien hero and a sensual alien heroine. Wow!
these two
really steam up the pages. Illam has to overcome a
prejudice against
another race and cultural differences between Tera and
himself. Tera has
to
overcome heartbreak from the past in order to move forward
and find
happiness with Illam. LOVE'S BEGUILING HEALER not only
has hot love
scenes, it contains many humorous moments. I love the
worlds Ms.
Verdenius creates and highly recommend LOVE'S BEGUILING
HEALER.

Take one Argon healer, add one maddening Felys male, a hefty pinch of sexual attraction, mix in some sass, a dash of dislike, stir well and watch the sparks and hisses fly. Now add Death and a deadly secret. Can Tera and Illam stop the fur flying long enough to save a whole species from extinction?
