"an entertaining, erotic romance"
Jenny Jordan, who has been training at the Centre because
she was
found to have psychic abilities, is attending her friend's
wedding.
The
Centre investigates and deals with paranormal activity.
After a tipsy
Jen sets her sights on Davie Nichols for a fling, she
becomes
side-tracked by an incredibly handsome, kilted stranger.
Jen realizes
that she really does have psychic abilities, when she
almost
immediately
identifies the stranger as a vampire. After a strange
discussion with
the vampire, Karoly, and a growing attraction to said
vampire, Jen
decides to investigate the whereabouts of the vampire the
next day.
Will Jen be able to do her duty to the Centre and stake
the vampire? UNDEAD MEN WEAR PLAID is an entertaining, erotic
romance with
interesting characters and humorous moments. Jen is an
independent
young woman, who doesn't realize her potential and is torn
between her
duty to the Centre and her growing love for a vampire.
Karoly is a
vampire with a wicked sense of humor and a barely leashed
bad side.
Unfortunately, due to Karoly's evil side, I didn't feel
that his
relationship with Jen could be sustained for very long.

A new Vampire Comedy... On the rain-soaked, famously mean streets of Glasgow, Scotland, a psychic with a chip on her shoulder hunts a handsome vampire who is forced by a bizarre accident to dress in an antique kilt. Now he hangs around wedding receptions, biting the guests while complaining bitterly about their gastronomic choices and bibulous habits. Jenny Jordan is home for a friend's wedding and in hot pursuit of the best man when she is distracted by the blossoming of her psychic gifts. She quickly becomes torn between impressing her bosses and giving in to her attraction to the vampire Karoly. Karoly is lazy, amoral and lonely, and it is not always clear who is hunting whom, especially when he turns up at her Centre, cooking for her psychic colleagues and apparently determined to share her life.
