After reading the third in the Lunar Mates
series, "Chasing the Moon," I eagerly went back to see how
this wonderful werewolf series started out. Ms. Hunts
wolves are hot, dominant, sensual delights who heat up
every page, and this tale is no different. After spending his life hunting werewolves, Trey Williams
has finally retired to a quiet life down south in Alabama—
or so he thought. When a rogue werewolf threatens not only
his life, but also his newfound pack, Trey's retirement
doesn't last long. While watching over their Alpha
leader's woman, Trey cannot ignore the inexplicable and
undeniable pull stirring inside him for her friend. Tara Burke is a funky, spunky coffee shop owner. The type
Trey normally wouldn't give a second glance. However,
there's something about her that sets his insides to
flame, and it's not just her delicious brew. When they
come together, those sparks erupt into a raw frenzy of
heat filling a void inside him Trey didn't realize was
there. Without question, he knows he's found his life mate
in Tara. Now he just has to make sure he catches this
